On May 9, 2014, over 150 leaders from the North of Boston region of Massachusetts and New Hampshire gathered to attend a one-day leadership event titled Leadercast North of Boston.

This full day of simulcast leadership development challenged the attendees to reach new heights in their journey as leaders. The 2015 planning has begun and the event will take place on May 8, 2015 in the UMass Lowell University Crossing, 220 Pawtucket Street, Lowell, MA.

Leadercast North of Boston is sponsored by UMass Lowell, Enterprise Bank and LAER Realty Partners and is open to leaders and aspiring leaders no matter the industry, motivation or background.

Last year’s theme was “Beyond You”. Leadership is beyond the confines of our daily tasks. Beyond the borders of our roles and responsibilities. Leadership asks us to look beyond the everyday and consider the larger community around us — our employees, colleagues, neighbors, and cities. Leadership beckons us to look longer, wider, larger. We are asked to look not only inward, but also outward. Beyond ourselves. The theme for 2015 is The Brave Ones.

The Brave Ones have existed throughout history. Some are unforgettable icons, others names will never be remembered. They exist across all industries, societies, and at every level of leadership. Join us at Leadercast North of Boston in 2015 as we explore The Brave Ones, and learn what it means to lead in such a way that create bold cultures, builds faithful employees, and produces high achievement.
