Thank You PMICV!

Project Managers Institute Champlain Valley

The Project Manager Institute of Champlain Valley in the Burlington Vermont area invited me to speak at their monthly gathering on May 3, 2017.

This is a very passionate group and I was thrilled to address them on my subject of passion; leadership.

In 2016, I was invited to speak at the annual Minnesota Newspaper Association on behalf of the Central States Circulation managers. The event was held in January and I wanted to bring the message home in a way that suited me. That is when I created the “12 Steps to Becoming a Super Leader!”

In the 1960’s I had at bat-cowl (pictured here). I was going to grow up to become a super hero. Since that was a lofty goal, I had to instead become a super leader at the age of 24. I never looked back and have literally immersed myself  in the subject. I have also had the honor to work with some of the most amazing team members I could ever dream of working with.

Please download my slides for the presentation “Going from Manager to Leader – 12 Steps to becoming a Super Leader” here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/azgs63zidjk0dtd/Project%20Management%20and%20Leadership.pdf?dl=0

By all means, please contact me with questions.

Cheers!

Al
